Job Summary
Architect and develop scalable SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, CSOM, JavaScript, and TypeScript while customizing site templates and branding. Design Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps that integrate seamlessly with Dataverse, and build complex Power Automate workflows to automate cross-departmental business processes. Lead full-lifecycle solution implementations from discovery through hypercare, translating business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to administer SharePoint-based applications, enforce governance standards, and identify automation opportunities for digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, content types, workflows
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model‐driven) and Power Automate
- Strong expertise in SPFx, SharePoint Designer, REST APIs, jQuery, JavaScript object model
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 integration: Teams, OneDrive, Outlook Add-ins, Office Suite
- Experience in developing with SharePoint Client Object Model, REST endpoints, and modern web development frameworks
- Solid understanding of SharePoint Online administration, governance, and collaboration features
- Experience with productivity/collaboration tools: Visio, Jira, Confluence
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and analytical approach
- On-site in Pune, 5 Days/ Week
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certification in Power Platform, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 Developer
- Exposure to data modelling and analytics concepts (Dataverse, Power BI)
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and security best practices
