Job Summary
Govern SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration services through tenant-level configuration, governance enforcement, and operational administration. Design information architecture using metadata, managed metadata, and modern SharePoint capabilities to improve content management and search effectiveness. Implement workflow automation solutions with Power Automate and low-code/no-code tools to streamline business processes and reduce operational overhead. Support integrations between SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph while administering application lifecycle management and deployment governance. Develop PowerShell and PnP automation scripts to enhance platform health monitoring, reporting, and remediation of complex issues. Collaborate with platform administrators and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions aligned with governance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration expertise
- Advanced SharePoint Online administration and governance knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, SPFx, and PowerShell automation
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online governance, site administration, permissions architecture, and content management
- Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and business process optimization
- Experience with PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph PowerShell, and automation scripting
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph APIs, application registrations, service principals, and integration security
- Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture, metadata management, Term Store, content types, and document governance
- Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices and environment management strategies
- Experience with JSON formatting, SPFx, SharePoint customization, site templates, and modern SharePoint capabilities
- Knowledge of compliance, retention, auditing, and information governance practices within Microsoft 365
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions in a complex enterprise environment
- Strong experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Graph, and PowerShell automation
- Demonstrated experience delivering business solutions, information architecture, governance, and process automation initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders
