SharePoint Migration Engineer (Lisbon - Hybrid)

Job Summary
Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online platforms, managing farm configuration, maintenance, and optimization in enterprise environments. Lead and execute SharePoint On-Premises to Microsoft 365 migration projects, design hybrid architectures, and monitor health, availability, performance, and security. Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and Level 3 support for critical incidents while implementing security, permissions, and governance policies aligned with Microsoft best practices. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to document technical architectures and participate in digital transformation initiatives. Requires 5+ years of SharePoint experience, proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and SQL Server, with English B2/C1 mandatory. Located in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration
- Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint Server On-Premises (2013/2016/2019)
- Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Practical experience delivering SharePoint On-Premises to Cloud migration projects
- Strong experience in advanced troubleshooting and complex problem resolution
- Experience managing mission-critical production environments
- English – B2/C1 - mandatory
