Job Summary
Support, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise SharePoint platforms and related integrations, including SharePoint 2019 On-Premises, SharePoint Online, and migrations. Gather requirements, design solutions, configure environments, test, implement, and provide ongoing technical support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable SharePoint solutions. Utilize hands-on experience with Nintex and StoragePoint to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex problems. Participate in an on-call rotation and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant IT/business experience
- Associate degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint 2019 On-Premises
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online
- Proven experience migrating to SharePoint On-Premises environments to SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with Nintex
- Hands-on experience with StoragePoint
- SharePoint administration, development, configuration, and technical support experience
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
