Job Summary
Own and design the SharePoint experience across intranet, hub sites, navigation, and page design; set experience standards, governance, and a roadmap; design and optimize SharePoint pages using UX and information architecture best practices; improve findability, accessibility, and mobile-friendliness while aligning with brand; partner with Internal Communications and IT to translate requirements into scalable SharePoint solutions; lead adoption through guidance, playbooks, onboarding materials, and coaching site owners; analyze usage data and evolve the SharePoint experience in line with the M365 roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Demonstrated experience leading intranet or digital workplace experiences
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and content strategy
- Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, user-centered solutions
