Seeking a SharePoint Consultant to be a key resource for customers, focusing on delivering proactive services and training. Responsibilities include analyzing problems, maintaining certifications, and delivering expert guidance in SharePoint technologies such as Desired State Configuration, architecture, disaster recovery, and hybrid solutions. Must demonstrate strong communication skills, technical expertise in troubleshooting, and ability to build customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise customers
- Strong SharePoint technical expertise at Level 200/300
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Active Directory
- Understanding of network traffic and protocols
- Experience with troubleshooting tools like Netmon and Fiddler
- Familiarity with IIS architecture
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft 365 platform components
