Job Summary
SharePoint Associate Administrator responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. Create, maintain, and enhance SharePoint Online sites; develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps; assist in enabling Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents within SharePoint Online and M365. Collaborate with the SharePoint Architect, Project Managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, plan initiatives, and deliver scalable, user-friendly collaborative solutions. Requires 2-4 years of hands-on experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for building efficient systems that empower teams.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree preferred or equivalent experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online
- 2-4 years’ experience with SharePoint Online
- Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Experience creating, deploying, and using M365 Copilot and Copilot Agents
- SharePoint configuration and administration skills (web UI, sites, libraries, lists, views, search, taxonomies)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Understanding of Active Directory/Entra ID integration
