Job Summary
SharePoint Architect / Senior Developer on a hybrid leadership and hands-on team. Responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining the enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. Defines architectural standards and roadmap, leads hands-on SharePoint development, owns platform support and continuous improvement, and drives modernization, governance, and integration across enterprise systems. Core duties include architecture roadmap and solution design, hands-on development using SPFx, Microsoft Graph APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services; end-to-end platform support, reliability, and performance optimization; modernization initiatives from classic to modern SharePoint; governance by site provisioning, metadata standards, data retention, DLP, access control, and security alignment; and leadership in API-first design, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder communication. Qualifications emphasize deep SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 expertise, robust full-stack development capabilities, DevOps practices, and strong communication/leadership required for partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in SharePoint / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- 5+ years in hands-on development roles
- 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
