SharePoint Application Lead

Job Summary
Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based software using SharePoint and related technologies. Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional applications, define architecture improvements, and guide application development schedules. Write clean, scalable code, debug issues, ensure security and performance of web applications, document all aspects for future maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features. Requires hands-on experience with React, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, REST/RPC APIs, and Microsoft 365 Power Platform/SharePoint, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and agile/workflow practices.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Proven experience in web application development
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end web development technologies
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and translating design wireframes into functional applications
- Strong understanding of software development best practices
- Ability to recommend and implement software upgrades
- Experience in software maintenance and testing to ensure continued functionality
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity or experience with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React
- Familiarity with modern web development frameworks and libraries
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
