Job Summary
Develop and maintain SharePoint and Power Platform solutions to optimize and enable business processes, including configuring lists and libraries, Power Automate, SPFx, and PowerApps. Create and maintain customizations for SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online with an emphasis on long-term stability and lifecycle best practices. Administer SharePoint Online (cloud) and on-premises SharePoint 2013 environments, plan and execute migrations from legacy versions to SharePoint Online, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions with user training. Produce training materials for end users and technical documentation of implementations. Collaborate with other teams (ERP, website, data warehouse) to address complex requirements spanning multiple systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 5+ years of experience administering and developing for SharePoint required
- JavaScript experience to the extent necessary for using SPFx required
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure, task management systems, and migrating from legacy systems into SharePoint Online required
- Experience with code repository/version control systems, working with complex and precise data, and leading complex customization projects from conception and design through implementation and long-term support required
- Focus on quality and customer impact, with excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
