Job Summary
Manage and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites, user accounts, and permissions while configuring workflows, routing processes, and custom feature deployments. Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor bandwidth and storage, and maintain backups for site collections, document libraries, and lists. Optimize site layouts and usability, then evaluate project requirements to recommend solutions using current SharePoint tools and capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to support program operations and develop administrative control systems, while also assisting with related Microsoft tools including Power Apps, InfoPath, Power BI, and Access. This role requires onsite work in Arlington, VA, and a background investigation clearance. One Federal Solution supports Defense and Civilian agencies with a focus on enterprise-wide outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments
- Hands-on experience configuring SharePoint sites and managing user accounts and permissions
- Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and routing processes
- Knowledge of SharePoint site collections, document libraries, lists, permissions, and content management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, InfoPath, Power BI, and Microsoft Access
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users and stakeholders
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to undergo and successfully pass a federal background investigation
- Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA
