Job Summary
Administer and support three on-premises SharePoint farms across development, test, and production environments while monitoring system health, performance, and capacity. Plan and execute upgrade projects to the latest SharePoint version, including assessment, infrastructure design, content database migration, and end-user support. Manage patching, security configurations, and service applications like Search and Managed Metadata, while troubleshooting issues and implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate with SQL DBAs and stakeholders to maintain databases, enforce governance policies, and document architecture and operational procedures. Design, deploy, and manage virtualized infrastructure using VMware vSphere. Requires U.S. citizenship, Top Secret clearance, and at least eight years of SharePoint administration experience.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Top Secret clearance w/SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of hands-on SharePoint administration experience
- DoD 8140 IAT II-level certification
- Proven experience managing multi-server SharePoint farms
- Experience planning and executing SharePoint upgrades
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration
- Strong understanding of Active Directory integration
- Strong understanding of IIS configuration
- Strong understanding of SQL Server for SharePoint
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance and best practices
