Job Summary
Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites tailored to user needs while ensuring they remain organized, accessible, and secure. Manage the architecture, design, development, and administration of the organization's SharePoint platform, including user permissions, groups, libraries, lists, and workflows. Implement security measures, monitor system performance, and provide technical support to troubleshoot issues. Optimize knowledge processes using continuous improvement techniques to standardize best practices and streamline content management. This full-time role supports the Headquarters – Air Combat Command (ACC) at Langley AFB, requiring a US citizen with a current Top Secret clearance and Security+ certification to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in SharePoint administration
- Security+ certified
- Demonstrated experience managing and administering a content and collaboration platform with specific and advanced expertise in Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with site collection architecture
- Experience with permissions governance
- Experience with custom list/library creation
- Experience with workflow development
- Proven experience applying formal project management methodologies to lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, including defining scope, managing resources, and communicating with stakeholders
- Customer service oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
- US citizen
- Current Top Secret clearance
