Job Summary
Shared Services Support Officer in a fixed-term temporary role (up to 8 months) located on-site in Grafton. You will work as part of a team delivering high-volume shared services and customer support across a multi-channel contact centre, providing first-contact resolution and handling customer enquiries across phone, chat, and administrative channels. The role emphasizes delivering efficient and high-quality customer service outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
