Job Summary
Shared Services Supervisor leads a high-impact team overseeing centralized operational functions across Implementation, Services, and Compliance. Owns end-to-end workflows for mail processing, driver and asset data management, system configuration builds, document imaging, and cross-functional operational support. Ensures accuracy, scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement for tens of thousands of documents annually and 10,000+ tickets per year, supporting client onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Manages people, establishes operating rhythms and SLAs, and partners with Implementation and Services to support job class builds, forms, data imports, and go-live activities. Oversees CPSuite, Salesforce, JIRA, and document imaging systems; identifies gaps and automation opportunities; standardizes workflows for scale and consistency. Maintains audit-ready data handling (PII, driver records, titles, POAs) and collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and Security.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, shared services, or process-driven environments
- Strong process design, documentation, and continuous improvement mindset
- Comfort working across multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
