Shared Services Resource Manager

Manage the Shared Services Generalists team and resources across multiple managed service providers, allocating capacity based on demand, skill requirements, and project needs. Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and department heads to forecast resource needs and drive efficient resource utilization within a matrix structure. Perform other projects or duties as assigned. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience.
