Shared Services Resource Manager

Manage the Shared Services Generalists team and resources across multiple managed service providers, allocating staff across teams, projects, and departments based on demand, capacity, and skill requirements. Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and department heads to forecast resource needs and drive efficient use of shared resources within a matrix structure. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports the Reyes Family of Businesses' operational framework, requiring a Bachelor's degree with six to eight years of related experience or equivalent high school diploma with nine plus years of specific experience.
