Shared Services Resource Manager

Manage the Shared Services Generalists team and resources across multiple managed service providers by allocating staff across teams, projects, and departments based on demand, capacity, and skill requirements. Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and department heads to forecast resource needs and drive efficient utilization within a matrix structure. Perform other projects or duties as assigned. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience, or a High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience.
