Job Summary
Shared Services Associate responsible for delivering administrative support to internal teams, clients, and candidates. The role ensures smooth operations related to exam administration, billing, and client service by responding to inquiries, processing applications, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate reporting within a defined scope of responsibilities. Responsibilities include delivering timely and professional responses via Zendesk, collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Test Delivery, Client Services, and Account Management to support client satisfaction and operational excellence, and generating internal reports to support department efficiency, visibility, and oversight.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
