Job Summary
Conduct customer service and data analytics to improve service for consignee and customer locations, providing timely reporting and actionable insights using CJ Logistics tools. Manage inventory by aligning physical, WMS, and customer systems, overseeing adjustments, and analyzing trends to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assess process data to isolate root causes, produce operational health analyses for Logistics Centers, and ensure Quality Management System requirements including product traceability. Collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing, and shipping locations to support volume planning, customer invoicing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Schedule: 1st Shift Monday – Friday. Salary: $73,000 - $83,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics analyst role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience working in a centralized environment supporting multiple sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Prior work experience in a 3PL environment
- Experience with SQL and/or similar data analysis/reporting tools
- Experience with Lean Management and/or Six Sigma methodology
