Job Summary
Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities living in the provider's home, including supervising, teaching, and assisting across daily activities; help integrate individuals into everyday life, offer personal care assistance, and accompany/transport to community outings and appointments; training in CPR and First Aid provided; flexible, work-from-home arrangement with 24/7 support and ability to bill for services; opportunity to host up to 4 individuals if space allows; stipend of $100-$150 per day; long-term living arrangement with potential for multiple placements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on motor vehicle record
- Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home
- Required training including CPR and First Aid courses and certifications
