Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in their home by assisting with daily living skills like cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making. Provide medication administration, transportation, and behavioral support while helping them build community connections and pursue personal goals. Maintain documentation and communicate with the Mosaic support team to ensure safe, consistent care. Own or rent your current home in Colorado and hold active insurance to host a full-time resident as part of your household.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado
- Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
- Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
- Internet access and basic computer skills
- Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
