Shared Living Provider

Provide supports to a person with a developmental disability in your home to ensure their wants and needs are met in compliance with the Nebraska Medicaid waiver program. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, meal planning and preparation, providing transportation, assisting with medications, and implementing programs in accordance with the person's Individual Support Plan. You must be 19 years old, hold a valid driver's license and car insurance, and pass all background checks. One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
