Job Summary
Provide a furnished bedroom and a safe, supportive environment in your home; assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation; encourage independence through skill development and guidance; schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities; keep simple daily records and communicate with ViaQuest staff. Compensation includes a tax-free annual stipend of $35,000–$60,000, benefits like PTO, room & board income, training, background checks, and 24/7 support from ViaQuest; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, clean background checks, and a home that meets safety requirements.
