Job Summary
Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community, completing companionship, personal care, mobility support, meal planning, and household tasks. Follow individualized care plans in a mobile app to document every task accurately. Assist with transfers, range of motion exercises, and feeding while managing light household needs. Maintain a steady, consistent schedule with opportunities for additional shifts as the program grows. This role offers weekly pay between $15.00 and $16.25 per hour, paid training, and advancement opportunities at ComForCare Home Care Dallas-Garland.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility — or a proven track record of highly efficient, organized caregiving
- Strong time management: you'll be balancing multiple clients and tasks every shift
- A reliable smartphone — care plans and task documentation are completed in our app
- Comfort with technology and accurate, timely digital record-keeping
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and Employee Misconduct Registry/Nurse Aide Registry check as required by Texas HHSC
