Job Summary
Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community, following individualized care plans and documenting every task in a mobile app. Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, range of motion exercises, meal planning and feeding, and light household needs while offering companionship and socialization. Manage time efficiently to support several clients per shift without driving between locations. Maintain accurate digital records of all visits on your smartphone. This steady, one-location role is part of a growing program at a premier independent living community in Lake Highlands, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility — or a proven track record of highly efficient, organized caregiving
- Strong time management: you'll be balancing multiple clients and tasks every shift
- A reliable smartphone — care plans and task documentation are completed in our app
- Comfort with technology and accurate, timely digital record-keeping
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and Employee Misconduct Registry/Nurse Aide Registry check as required by Texas HHSC
