Job Summary
Provide care to multiple clients during each shift within one senior living community, completing companionship, personal care, mobility support, meals, and household needs. Follow individualized care plans in a mobile app and document each task as completed to maintain accurate digital records. Assist with transfers, range of motion exercises, and meal preparation while managing light household responsibilities. This steady, consistent schedule is located in Lake Highlands, offering opportunities for additional shifts as the program grows. Weekly pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.25 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility — or a proven track record of highly efficient, organized caregiving
- Strong time management: you'll be balancing multiple clients and tasks every shift
- A reliable smartphone — care plans and task documentation are completed in our app
- Comfort with technology and accurate, timely digital record-keeping
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and Employee Misconduct Registry/Nurse Aide Registry check as required by Texas HHSC
