Provide care to multiple clients within a single senior living community, following individualized care plans and documenting tasks via a care app. Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, ROM, meals, and light housekeeping; offer companionship and socialization. Work full-time in Garland, TX across a multi-client shift with growing census; maintain digital records of visits and coordinate through the app on a smartphone. Requires high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and passing required background checks; opportunity for ongoing training and growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Access to reliable transportation
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass Employee Misconduct Registry/Nurse Aide Registry check as required by Texas HHSC
- Experience working in an assisted living, independent living, memory care, or skilled nursing facility
- Strong time management and ability to balance multiple clients/tasks
