Job Summary
Shape the Go-to-Market engine for a high-growth, mission-driven tech company by defining and leading North and South America channel development. Own partner ecosystem strategy, onboard resellers and system integrators, drive joint GTM initiatives, and localize global programs for the Americas. Collaborate with product, marketing, and international sales to build scalable channel playbooks, reporting to US leadership, with a remote-first environment and exposure to climate resilience and critical infrastructure sectors. Ideal candidate has 6+ years in partner management or channel sales, deep knowledge of indirect sales models, experience with SaaS/geospatial/enterprise tech, and comfort navigating cross-border collaboration; Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances
- Deep understanding of indirect sales models and partner-influenced revenue generation
- Experience in infrastructure, SaaS, geospatial, or enterprise technology sectors
- Proven success designing and executing channel programs in complex, technical environments
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as AWS, SAP, and Esri is a strong plus
