Job Summary
Shahbaz CNA role providing assistance to residents per individualized care plans under licensed nurse supervision. Responsibilities include all components of primary care with emphasis on resident needs beyond the medical model. Full-time day shifts with weekend rotation and potential float to all units as needed. Requires HS diploma or equivalent and an active NYS CNA license, completion of nursing orientation, and ability to travel to/or work at the Rochester, NY location. Must be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and attend orientation; may include email assessments during application and weekend rotation. Equal opportunity employer.

- Current NYS Certified Nursing Assistant license required
- Ability to complete comprehensive nursing orientation
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis is required for full/part time schedules
