SH&E Manager

Establish and execute SH&E goals and indicators through continuous improvement activities. Build and maintain the SH&E management system, including safety standardization, environmental management, and compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, and RC14001. Develop and enforce management procedures, conduct hazard identification and governance, and lead safety inspections for production, maintenance, and major hazard sources. Implement emergency response management systems, accident reporting and analysis, and corrective actions for violations. Manage contractor safety, oversee work permit systems, and maintain relationships with external government agencies. Lead the SH&E team in achieving targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
