Job Summary
Oversee and develop Spring Hill Connections Team, create a welcoming on-campus environment during the week, and transform guests from crowds into core participants. Lead and train volunteer teams (Greeters, Hosts, Parking, Communion/Offering, Coffee, First Time Guest Tent, Resource Area) across Sunday services and Open House events. responsibilities include staffing, baptism logistics, volunteer leadership development, managing Volunteer Central on Sundays, maintaining lobby and Resource Corner, coordinating training, casting vision in team huddles, procuring supplies, ensuring environments are welcoming and well-organized, and collaborating with campus staff to support larger events and assimilation for adults—from first-time guests to volunteers. Requires hospitality-focused mindset, strong communication, organizational leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced church environment. Location: Spring Hill, TN; in-person role; 40+ hours/week; reports to SH Campus Pastor; Director level with senior leadership responsibilities.
