Job Summary

A hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Intern role supporting the marketing team to build brand awareness, engagement, and content performance. Responsibilities include planning and executing social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok; creating copy and visuals; shooting/editing short-form videos; managing the content calendar and publishing posts; monitoring engagement and escalating queries; assisting with influencer outreach, partnerships, and content collaborations; supporting website/blog content management; preparing marketing presentations and campaign performance summaries; analyzing content performance metrics to provide actionable insights. The role requires current undergraduate study in Marketing/Communications/Business/Media or related fields, with a 3–6 month full-time internship in Singapore; proficiency with Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools is a plus, along with strong written/verbal communication, organization, and a proactive, startup mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related disciplines.
  • Able to commit to a 3–6 months full-time internship.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and brand voice.
  • Creative mindset with basic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in reviewing performance metrics and improving content effectiveness.
  • Adaptable and open to experimenting with new ideas, formats, and digital trends.
  • A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
