负责区域内的客户关系管理与开发,提升区域市场地位并推动通力销售团队的协同(如交叉销售),通过与工地等团队协作确保客户满意并处理投诉;维护并更新CRM,管理客户资料与销售活动跟踪;对区域内关键/重要客户进行满意度反馈、组织架构更新与定价策略调整,确保维保销售的续签与扩展,监控销售目标以确保达成预算;通过机会、订单和合同完成维保销售预算与定价目标,协助或执行回款预测与应收账款管理;使用Nemo计价工具提供包含服务内容及新产品的定制化报价与合同,负责投标报名、标书编制、条款与条件、质量与安全要求的核对;维护详尽的机会、任务与访问信息,定期报告并参与相关培训与会议。
