Job Summary

Conduct thorough pre-opening inspections of all pools, slide structures, and attractions to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and company expectations. Assist with general maintenance projects including light carpentry, painting, concrete repairs, landscaping, and pressure washing. Ensure that all pools are chemically balanced according to Cobb County Health Department codes and maintain accurate inspection records and daily reporting logs. Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment when working with chemicals. This role supports the safe operation of water park rides and water quality systems at Six Flags Over Georgia.

Required Qualifications

  • Weekends, holidays, and nights (during summer months)
  • Written communication skills
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, kneel and lift up to fifty pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties including standing for long periods of time, walking distances up to 5 miles, climbing, working in small or confined spaces, lifting up to 100 lbs and occasionally working at heights up to 100 feet
  • Physical dexterity to operate hand and motor tools
  • Willingness to work in outside weather conditions to include extreme temperatures, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles
  • Ability to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
