Job Summary
Oversee all scheduling activities within the FUNtime scheduling platform, including the development, management, and long-term maintenance of departmental schedules. Partner with park leadership to design, adjust, and optimize schedules that ensure adequate staffing coverage and exceptional service delivery across all operational areas. Analyze staffing plans to identify potential coverage gaps and provide strategic recommendations to department management and recruiting teams. Prepare, maintain, and distribute key scheduling and staffing documents, including open-shift reports, workforce summaries, headcount templates, and associate data. Provide daily leadership and operational reports for the central scheduling office, ensuring efficient workflow and service responsiveness. Serve as a primary point of contact for associates, addressing and resolving scheduling questions, conflicts, and concerns. Update and modify park schedules in response to staffing changes, labor shortages, or business interruptions to maintain operational continuity. Maintain reliable and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support business demands and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data table management
