Job Summary
Oversee merchandise flow throughout the park, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports while processing data entry for purchase orders, internal transfers, damages, and adjustments. Create weekly pick lists for retail locations, manage the daily ordering system, and coordinate physical movement of goods between park locations. Assist with annual physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies, and audit stock levels. Maintain system user access, provide training on inventory policies, and manage item ticketing and price changes to ensure register readiness. Research distributions for items listed on the "Not in Park" report and communicate with vendors to resolve merchandise issues. Oversee work crew assignments and follow up on task completion. Requires a valid driver's license, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the APTOS system, and availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to maintain daily orders, transfers, receiving, and store inventory using the APTOS system
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and work a minimum of 30–35 hours per week
- Must possess strong organizational and guest service skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications
