Job Summary
Ensure a positive, fun, and memorable experience for every guest by interacting with families and children in a friendly, engaging manner. Assist with daytime non-prize games, distribute crafts and candy, and manage guest flow in designated areas while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Follow park safety policies, resolve guest concerns professionally, and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Perform other duties as assigned, including playing multiple characters and wearing special effects makeup for evening haunted house shifts. Work all operating days from September 1 through November 1, 2026, with a payrate of $10.50/Hr. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and disclose scheduling conflicts during the interview process.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work all operating days (FridaysâSundays) from September 1, 2026, through November 1, 2026.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Patient, energetic, and comfortable interacting with children of all ages.
- Friendly, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children and their families.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with guests, parents, and fellow team members.
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations and maintain control until an area supervisor arrives.
- Able to work weekends from September through November, including holidays.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and lift throughout your shift.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 6 hours at a time in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Be comfortable working around strobe lights, fog, theatrical smoke, and other special effects.
- Be able to carry 10â30 pounds of costumes or props.
- Be willing to play multiple characters.
- Be able to wear a latex mask, silicone mask, or special effects makeup for long periods.
