Job Summary
Direct ramp operations including loading and unloading aircraft per customer, Swissport, and FAA guidelines while managing baggage make-up processes. Lead and instruct a team of agents to ensure quality work, maintain safety and integrity of assets, and uphold professional image and discipline. Operate all necessary equipment and enforce company rules and regulations during inclement weather. Requires valid driver's license, heavy lifting capability, and flexibility for various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Lead experience
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field
- Ability to work in inclement weather
- Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness
- Ability to lift heavy objects that could reach 70 pounds (32 kilograms)
