Job Summary
Escort and protect Scare-Actors through the park during Fright Fest Season, managing both stage and backstage areas while ensuring safe interactions between performers and guests. Monitor assigned themed streets to maintain order through non-physical means, answer guest inquiries, and provide direct feedback to actors regarding safety standards and rules. Report unsafe acts or conditions immediately, maintain a clean work environment, and train new personnel as needed. Diligently follow all scheduling for parades, meals, and breaks while adhering to park policies and procedures. Work evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 16
- Must be able to work evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays
- Must be willing to actively engage with guests to both assist them and/or stop them if they do not follow park policy
- Must be able of stand/walk for the length of shift
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
