Job Summary
Guide guests safely into and through the Haunted Attraction while maintaining order in lines and answering questions. Escort Scare-Actors through the park on stage and backstage, ensuring safe interactions and handling any issues that arise. Diligently follow scheduling for meals and breaks, and maintain a clean work environment for the attraction, break area, makeup area, and Show Wardrobe. Report unsafe acts or conditions to the Supervisor immediately and enforce all park policies outlined in the Seasonal Handbook and Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual. Train new personnel as needed and remain in position until dismissed by the Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age: 16
- Must be availability to work evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Must be able to speak to large groups of people and provide instructions & Haunted Attraction spiels
- Must be able of stand for the length of shift
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
