Job Summary
Monitor wave pool operations and slide loading while maintaining guest safety and satisfaction. Enforce total safety culture by reporting pertinent information to the Team Leader and adhering to all park policies and the Standard Operating Manual. Keep the working environment clean and safe while providing first service to all guests. Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications and actively participate in the Aquatics Team. Oversee locations to ensure individual attention and service.
Required Qualifications
- Achieve, receive, and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report all pertinent information to Team Leader
- Follow all delegated tasks as assigned by the Leadership Team, or as stated in the Standard Operating Manual
- Be an active member of the Aquatics Team
- Adhere to Park Attendance Policy as stated in the Team Member Handbook
- Oversees locations in the water park to ensure everyone's safety and satisfaction with individual attention and service
- Practices, supports, maintains and enforces a total safety culture
- Adheres to and enforces all park policies
- Provide Guest first service to all Guest
