Job Summary
SFE Manager to support country-level strategic projects for AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics business, including China Blue Plan, expansion projects, and KPIs design/monitoring. Responsibilities include providing business insights on opportunities and risks, proactively suggesting improvements to processes across teams, and handling country-level reporting for strategic initiatives. Leads expansion projects, designs KPI targets based on historical and strategy inputs, and tracks KPIs monthly. Delivers brand-related analyses and deep-dives for Brand Plan, LRP and other local/global initiatives, and communicates findings to marketing, sales and leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of data analysis/reporting experience in pharma or consulting, strong Excel skills, BI familiarity (Power BI, QV), excellent analytical and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage data flows and projects. English language proficiency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years experience in data analysis and reporting in pharmaceutical or consulting firms
- Proficient in Excel
- Certified or experienced with BI tools such as Power BI or QV is a plus
- Strong analytical capability and information gathering
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data/data flow/database management and project management
- Ability to collaborate across organization levels and functions
- Fluent English is a plus
