Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst / SFE Manager for Japan Structural Heart: provides leadership in Salesforce ecosystem administration, design and maintain Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports for commercial leadership and field teams, standardizes KPIs, ensures data quality and governance, and translates business requirements into scalable data solutions. Acts as the local SME for Japan Salesforce, collaborates with global teams to align processes with global standards, supports UAT and deployment validation, and enables data-driven decision-making for management operating processes and sales performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, CRM systems, or related functions
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
- Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization
- Experience working with large datasets and data quality management
- Fluent Japanese and strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed global organization
