Job Summary
Support overall SFE operations, including data processing, SFE planning, report generation, and maintenance. Assist BP teams in improving target hospital selection, territory alignment, and target setting by providing methodologies and tools. Monitor team processes and adherence holistically, consolidate performance KPI data, and highlight outstanding issues. Conduct ad-hoc data analyses with internal and external data as required by leadership and collaborate on BI/Data projects involving data preparation, mapping, and analytics. Located in Shanghai, China, this standard shift role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the China pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in advanced Excel, modelling, and PowerPoint is essential, with VBA or Python skills as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of experience with a deep understanding of China pharmaceutical industry
- Team player with strong learning agility
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver in ambiguous situations
- High sense of responsibility and respect for compliance, with a proactive and inspiring approach to optimizing existing processes
- Proficient in advanced Excel / modelling and PowerPoint
