Job Summary
Conduct daily audits of food stands, kitchens, and production areas to ensure compliance with food safety guidelines. Correct immediate deficiencies, verify safety equipment usage, and provide training on maintenance concerns affecting food and personal safety. Act as a liaison with the Park Safety Department, EverClean, and the Department of Health while assisting with accident reports. Prepare weekly recaps, action plans, and reports for management review, ensuring all safety and costuming standards are met. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have 2-4 years of related experience
- Be ServeSafe Certified or obtain certification within 30 days of employment
