Job Summary
Senior SFA, EPM Analyst Pool, Finance Tech responsible for supporting enterprise performance management platforms for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long-range planning. Partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial data, enable data-driven decision-making, and strengthen financial governance. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying Finance technology solutions; performing variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling; supporting month-end, quarter-end, and planning cycles; documenting business processes and reporting standards; and driving automation and data quality improvements across finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, financial planning, EPM, or Finance technology roles
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
- Experience working with financial systems, EPM tools, or reporting platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
