Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day delivery across Salesforce, Rules/Process, and Integration workstreams by translating onshore designs into technical tasks and leading sprint execution. Provide hands-on guidance for Java microservices and Python applications while driving code reviews, quality checks, and defect triage. Manage offshore deployments via CI/CD pipelines, resolve blockers, and mentor junior engineers. Track team velocity, validate documentation, and collaborate with architects on risk mitigation. Requires 8+ years of experience; based in Hyderabad.
