SF PEN BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Oversee Case Managers and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while conducting direct client overlaps and parent consultations to maintain a 70/30% direct/indirect ratio. Manage scheduling, render weekly and monthly reports, and ensure all client files remain HIPAA compliant. Provide clinical oversight by reviewing behavior support plans, updating electronic data in Catalyst, and delivering constructive feedback during case program meetings. Conduct assessments, including client observations and parent interviews, and lead staff training workshops. Maintain 40-hour work weeks with mandatory weekend availability, commute to regional offices as needed, and hold a current BCBA certification with two years of supervisory experience.
