Job Summary
Analyze client business requirements and develop tailored SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions to optimize human resources processes. Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors modules while leading client teams through project implementations. Provide application support and training to end users, creating comprehensive documentation for knowledge transfer. Manage project budgeting and planning, facilitate employee engagement strategies, and support organizational development and change management efforts. This client-facing role requires at least five years of experience and one SAP Human Capital certification. Based in Bangalore with zero travel, the position offers a competitive salary and full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more SAP certifications in SAP Human Capital solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals), SAP HCM, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration
- Leading client teams in SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Utilizing cloud implementation methodology for SAP projects
- Developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios
- Creating documentation and training materials for SAP modules
- Collaborating effectively with diverse teams and clients
